Jenn Rodenberg has joined First In Realty, Inc. with over 15 years of accounting experience. Jenn is a graduate of DePaul University and was employed by the Chicago Board of Options prior to employment with boutique accounting firms in the Chicagoland area.
Jenn is responsible for budgeting forecasts for managed retail and office centers, preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, account receivables and payables, monthly management reports and other financial reports. Responsibilities also include analyzing trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses. Other responsibilities include reporting organization's finances to management and recommending resource utilization and tax strategies.
Jenn is a lifetime resident of Chicago’s Beverly Hills community where she currently resides with her husband and two children in the Christ the King Parish.
