Mark Mielnicki, Managing Broker & Principal of First In Realty, Inc., is a leading real estate agent with extensive experience in the commercial development and management. Mark’s primary focus is strategic strategy implementation in commercial asset management, investment portfolio growth, and retail development.

He assists clients by way of asset acquisition, asset disposition, landlord representation, tenant representation, and asset management. In addition, he is responsible for asset evaluation, market strategies, and transaction oversight. He uses strategically focused solutions to implement value- added strategies and enables clients to obtain the perfect fit for their specific real estate needs allowing them increased profitability and positioning for success. Mark has an extensive client base featuring those who seek commercial investments in the Midwest.

In March of 2006, Mark joined KP&G Enterprises, Inc. as Vice President of the Commercial Real Estate Division and managed the expansion of its commercial real estate brokerage. He worked with a variety of clients representing them in many aspects of commercial services to include commercial multi-tenant leasing, single tenant ground leasing, land sales, asset acquisition, asset disposition, and investment sales. Mark has represented national retailers and developers such as Bank of America, CFT Developments, and ATI Physical Therapy.

In November of 2012, Mark opened First In Realty, Inc., Inc. and quickly became a leading source of commercial and residential brokerage doubling sales every year. With tens of millions of dollars in transaction completed since the firm’s inception, Mark has produced a highly motivated and select team of associate brokers qualified in representing clients with any size and scope of commercial and residential transactions. Mark designs his client’s successes with marketing and advertising strategies, partners, market knowledge, exclusive contact base, and a true passion for real estate. He is sought by many developers and investors and works with several area planning committees.

On a more personal note Mark is considered a pillar in his community and a dedicated family man to his wife and son. Mark is involved in assisting local small business owners and entrepreneurs in positioning for success. Mark has helped band his community assets by working together in supporting the futures of these new and thriving local talents. Mark is currently a member of CCIM, International Council of Shopping Centers and the Chicago Association of Realtors and is a Board Member of the Morgan Park Beverly Hills Business Association, the Beverly Area Planning Association Economic Development Committee and the Chicago Fire Officers Association Credit Union.
